Zalaris ASA (Zalaris, OSE:ZAL) reported an all-time high revenue and adj. EBIT
in the first quarter of 2024 of NOK 318.3 million and NOK 34.8 million
respectively, reflecting continued strong underlying fundamentals.

Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 318.3 million, up 22% from NOK 260.8
million in the same quarter last year.

Adjusted EBIT* increased with 88% to an all-time high of NOK 34.8 million,
corresponding to a 10.9% margin for the quarter.

The reported EBIT ended at NOK 33.0 million compared to NOK 12.8 million last
year.

Profit for the quarter was NOK 6.4 million, compared to a loss of NOK 25.9
million last year.

"The company grew 22% in the quarter, and almost 18% in constant currency. We
are now just shy of being a NOK 1.3 billion annualised revenue company," says
Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and founder of Zalaris.

"Our pipeline of new prospects, as well as the opportunity to expand with
existing customers into new geographies, has continued to develop positively.
Our strengthened brand and leadership position have enabled us to capture a
significantly larger share of the relevant large enterprise multi-country
opportunities originating out of Europe," Mellerud concludes.
