Zalaris ASA (Zalaris, OSE:ZAL) reported an all-time high revenue and adjusted
EBIT in the fourth quarter of 2024 of NOK 365 million and NOK 47.4 million
respectively.

Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 364.9 million, up 16.5% from NOK 313.2
million in the same quarter last year.

Adjusted EBIT* increased by 42% to NOK 47.4 million, corresponding to a 13.1%
margin for the quarter.

The reported EBIT ended at NOK 37.7 million compared to NOK 26.2 million last
year.

The Board will propose a dividend of NOK 0.90 per share for 2024.

"Q4 and 2024 have been remarkable for Zalaris, with record high revenue and
EBIT. We could not have landed our 25th year and be ready for our 25th
anniversary in a better way as we are closing in on being a 1.5 billion company
and delivering EBIT in line with our target," says Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO and

-15% as the profitability of our German business starts to approach that of our
