Nexans receives clearance from US antitrust authorities for Republic Wire acquisition

Paris La Défense, on May 15^th, 2026 – Nexans announced today that it has received notification from the Premerger Notification Office of the US Federal Trade Commission of early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its proposed acquisition of Republic Wire Inc. Early termination permits Nexans to proceed with the proposed acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Republic Wire Inc.
