WeSports has completed the acquisition of Bikelease, a leading provider of "benefit bikes" in Sweden.

Bikelease lets companies offer their employees easy and affordable access to quality bikes, paid for by monthly deductions from their salary. Their fully digital solution with a modern e-commerce platform has proven a success with customers.

The acquisition further strengthens WeSport's current focus on Bicycling and Mobility, while the integration with the company's existing portfolio gives Bikelease leverage in the growing bikes-as-a-service segment.
