WeSports is acquiring Cykloteket AB, Swedens largest privately owned bike specialist and retailer with a market leading consumer experience, e-commerce store (cykloteket.se) and six specialist bike stores in the Stockholm and Västerås region.

WeSports acquires Cykloteket AB , a leading online store and physical destination in Sweden mainly for sports bikes and electrical bikes (commute and offroad). Through the acquisition, WeSports further strengthens its position as the leading online player within bikes and e-mobility in Sweden and the Nordics.

Cykloteket AB had sales just south of SEK 135 million in 2020 and an operating profit (EBIT) of about SEK 3 million. The company will be consolidated within WeSports from 1 April 2021.
